1.2. By accessing STROPS website or when you contact us or start cooperation with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing any STROPS site. 1.8. The Customer means a natural or legal person who has expressed a wish to purchase or purchases products manufactured by STROPS, or receives services provided by STROPS.

2.2. STROPS processes the customer’s personal data on the following legal grounds:

2.4.2. If required by Section 2.2.4 of this Privacy Policy to protect STROPS certain interests;

2.4.4. To the persons provided for in external regulatory enactments upon their justified request, in accordance with the procedures and to the extent specified in external regulatory enactments.

2.5. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

2.6. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

2.7. We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide STROPS to you and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

3. Disclosure of your information.

3.1. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

  • Affiliates – We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

4.1. Data is stored in both paper and electronic format in our managed Cloud Servers, as well as in Email Marketing Software Mailigen and CRM system Pipedrive.

4.2. STROPS Technologies uses Google analytics services, from which there is a possibility of withdrawal.

5. Security of your information

5.1. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.

5.2. To ensure the security of personal data, STROPS Technologies implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or unlawful processing.

6. Your rights and responsibilities

6.1. You are permitted, and hereby agree, to only disclose or otherwise provide any and all personal information to the STROPS only if such personal information is accurate, reliable, and relevant to our relationship, and only to the extent such disclosure or provision will not violate any applicable data protection law, statute, or regulation, or infringe upon any person’s data privacy rights or privileges.
